Due to the perishable nature of Carnivello Foods' products, all sales are final and the product cannot be returned.

Exchanges
If there was a problem with your order in any way, we will work with you to get it replaced or exchanged  Once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
