Carnivello's Australian Wagyu

The Farmers

  • Our Tajima Wagyu farmers are based in New South Wales, Australia, an area with perfect conditions to raise these extraordinary cattle.
Only farmers with generations of experience and a commitment to raising the highest quality beef in the world are chosen.

The Cattle

  • Wagyu cattle, native to Japan, were imported to Australia to emulate the delicious beef with its own local nuance.
  • The cattle enjoy an Australian-Japanese diet consisting of unique grains grown on the farm including cereal, corn and hay, similar to the food grown in the hills of Japan.

The Quality

  • The tender, rich, and flavorful beef aged in house and hand-cut by our artisan butchers provides an unmatched dining experience.

The farmers’ dedication to care while raising their Wagyu cattle yields high-quality meat with intense marbling and rich flavor. Our Australian Wagyu is sourced directly from vertically integrated farms in New South Wales, Australia. The cattle’s feed is sustainably grown on the farm, ensuring a local Australian-Japanese diet including cereal, hay, and corn. The cattle’s diet helps to form the marbling that makes the beef so delicious.

At Carnivello Foods, our Wagyu is aged in-house for at least 30 days to better enhance the natural flavors and tenderness of the meat. Butchers then hand-cut every piece of meat to your specification. We can offer a wide variety of Australian Wagyu products from steaks to burgers and everything in between.
