
Maple Mustard Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
- 2 x Carnivello Foods Pork Tenderloin: 1.5 to 2 pounds
- Maple Syrup: 1/4 cup
- Dijon Mustard: 1/4 cup
- Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
- Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions:
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- If using, stir in the chopped rosemary.
- Marinate the pork tenderloin in the mixture for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Sear the marinated pork in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
- Pour the reserved marinade over the pork and transfer the skillet to the oven.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest before slicing and serve.
